Minnesota Water Steward Projects

Minnesota Water Stewards complete an Action Step in order to receive their certification. These typically include a water-improvement project and/or an education and outreach campaign. Past projects have included practices such as raingardens, rain barrels, public art projects, home water efficiency audits, permeable pavement, cisterns, and more. Education campaigns help neighbors and community members understand local environmental issues and how they can make a difference.
